Background
Rob Dalton is CEO and CFO of Angels on Call Homecare, a multi-million-dollar, family-led home care agency in New York's Hudson Valley that has served families for two decades. He has been with the company since 2008 and has served as its CEO since August 2021.
As CEO and CFO of Angels on Call Homecare, a nationally recognized home care organization, Robert has spent his career inside the actual mechanics of running and scaling a complex business — not observing it from the outside. He leads both the financial and operational sides of the organization, which means he works daily in the space between a strategic plan and what it takes to execute it with a real team, a real budget, and real constraints.
He founded Dalton Elite Solutions LLC, a single-member general business consulting firm, to bring that operator's view to individuals and businesses — whether the challenge is cash flow, operational systems, accountability, people, technology, or long-term planning.
Rob is a Strategic Coach member and a Certified Dementia Care Partner, and serves on boards and committees. He also has a long-standing interest in Bitcoin and digital assets, which he discusses strictly from an educational and executive-strategy perspective — never as investment advice.
